Your Role

 

As the Manager, IT Development supporting middleware solutions for HR, Finance and Legal portfolios, you will drive strategic, operational and governance activities for the middleware team and delivering the required integrations between B2B solutions. The role will help the portfolios to coordinate with product managers and solution design lead for the improved delivery maturity, prioritize incident and problem management, and manage products through life cycle management within the portfolio.

 

Your Work

 

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with key IT portfolio roles in shaping the IT priorities and roadmap
  • Support Solution Design Lead with operational excellence
  • Lead portfolio operational health using Incident, Problem and Event management
  • Improve incident response and practice proactive problem management
  • Keep the portfolio CMDB/apps updated
  • Engage with SAAS vendors for supplier scorecard and assessments
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

 

Your Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Requires a bachelor's degree, master’s degree or equivalent experience, and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires at least 3 years of directly related professional experience as a Service Operations (ITIL is a bonus)
  • Proven application of Agile process and principles
  • Requires good communication and leadership skills
  • Requires good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead in ambiguity and problem solving
