Your Role

The Health Transformation Design Studio team is seeking to support the design delivery of multiple enterprise-wide solutions to spread, scale, and sustain better health outcomes at the level of the individual, the community, and population. The Digital UX Strategist Consultant will report to the Director of the Design Studio. In this role you will create and collaborate to design and develop user experiences, products, and solutions, and ensure feasibility, practicality, and demonstrate impact and value across the organization.

 

Your Work

In this role, you will:

  • Act as the go-to specialist in seeing the bigger picture and vision for end-to-end solutions across Prospect, Member, Provider, and Employer/Broker digital experiences
  • Present cohesive plan for UX participation with working teams and digital products
  • Actively coach other UX Strategists and scrum team designers on best practices regarding approach to solution design and implementation
  • Evaluate new solutions and key digital products that will help our users
  • Make recommendations to user experience team, product and development to improve process 
  • Design and develop high-fidelity wireframes with multiple user pathways
  • Design and develop interactive web and digital products
  • Lead and participate in the creation of user stories, personas, and storyboards
  • Be responsible for and effectively advocate for users in a fast-paced, healthcare climate, imparting day-to-day design leadership that fosters a shared understanding of the user experience
  • Lead, plan, and conduct user research and competitor analysis to augment initiatives and move concepts from idea to implementation

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires HTML 5 / CSS experience 
  • Requires Adobe Suite / Figma or relevant experience
  • Requires cross-platform digital design
